Hapy New Year, Tiger! - 18/02/2010 Over 500 customers joint THE Chinese Buffet in Wigan and Bolton Welcoming the Year of the Tiger. The celebration started with TCB’s Lion Dance, performed by Alan and Simon. Followed by raffle draw, lucky winners received Champagnes, TCB vouchers, and the first prize was a pair of Terracotta figure. There was live traditional music, Calligraphy demonstrations, Name translation. It was a great night of celebration. Thank you to all our customers who took part. Happy New Year!
Newly Open 'Open Kitchen' - 14/02/2010 Bolton Branch had recently spent £50, 000 creating a ‘Theatre kitchen’ Now customers can watch their chosen ingredient cook in front of them. There are many exciting new things to choose from; teppanyaki style Steak, Pork Chop, Squid, and Fresh Pancakes. And a selections of noodle in delicious soup.
