At the Wigan food and drink festival last Wednesday THE Chinese Buffet of Wigan, Head Chef Eddie Ho showed a big audience how to do a proper Chinese dish. As Eddie said ‘it’s the small detail, and the order of adding the ingredient that makes the difference between a Chinese meal and an authentic Chinese meal.’ That is very truth as many of the audience found out that day. Eddie entertained about a hundred people that day and many of them got a chance to taste to food afterward. You can still catch Eddie this Sunday in our Wigan restaurant when he will perform again at 6.30pm.
